Our system is very reliable but in the highly unlikely case of a problem which is beyond our control (ie: staff illness, technical failures etc), we will do everything in our power to contact you to arrange an alternative. If we are not aware of the problem and you feel we have missed something by all means let us know and we will endeavour to come to a suitable resolution, however Motcombe Garage Ltd reserves the right to change or withdraw online service provision at any time without prior notice.

Your personal information will not be shared with third parties unless Motcombe Garage Ltd is required to do so by law, however Motcombe Garage Ltd reserves the right to reuse any information you provide us. In order to provide you with services in the future we may contact you with further information or promotoinal information. Normal consumer rights are not affected.

Please give reasonable notice if you wish to cancel a booking. Motcombe Garage Ltd reserves the right to charge if the notice of cancellation is very short meaning that reusing the space or time required by our engineers is not reasonably possible.
